It’s just a short ferry ride or car trip to the Kitsap Peninsula, but you’ll feel like you’re a world away at wedding venues that include farms, gardens, forests and, of course, breathtaking waterfront locales.
You couldn’t have a more beautiful setting for your destination wedding and the Kitsap Wedding Tour makes it easy to plan your special day with a self-guided tour of six unique venues. You’ll meet dozens of caterers and other professionals along the way and end the day with an after-party designed to celebrate your love story.
The fun starts at 11 a.m. Sunday, March 19. Online tickets are $12 per person and can be purchased here. Day-of tickets are $15 at the door.
Here are a few highlights to whet your appetite and a sampling of the vendors and activities that await you:
11am – 1pm – Gold Mountain Golf Club – Visit the Wedding in the Woods, one of the Kitsap Peninsula’s newest exciting outdoor venue spaces.
1pm – 4pm – Kingston Cove Yacht Club – HAPPY HOUR(s)! Sip delicious mocktails provided by Elixir Fixer while Foxing Gloves performs acoustic jazz and folk music. Don’t forget to tour the vintage wedding glamper!
2pm – 4pm – Red Cedar Farm – Witness a vow renewal, strike a pose at the CB Photoshoot Booth and sample Sunshine’s All Naturals delicious catering. You’re going to love Red Cedar Farm’s Arcade Room and yard games in the lush gardens.
2pm – 5pm – Port Gamble Weddings – Visit historic St. Paul’s Church before heading over to the Hood Canal Vista Pavilion (which opens at 11am) to experience amazing water views and sample more fabulous food by Essence of the Thymes catering!
6:15pm – Port Gamble Hood Canal Vista Pavilion – PRIZE DRAWINGS! Winners will be announced promptly at 6:15pm. (Must be present to win.)
